House Building

We are now delighted to announce that from the 1st March 2007, we have successfully received the contract as Sub-Agents for Dan-Wood Houses.

This now allows us to provide the complete building package – from foundations to finish. We will also remove the stress and leave you with the pleasure of choosing your bathroom, kitchen and choice of colours for painting the walls.

Included in our price are all electrics (except light fittings), plumbing including bathroom suite, heating, flooring and walls (tiling and painting).

This is known as a turnkey package, with an enviable build time of approx. twelve weeks for a conventional kit building single house. You will also only deal with one contractor – from start to finish!
